Assiya Daribekova is a global real estate advisor and the founder of Casastan, a boutique consultancy specializing in prime residential and commercial properties across Costa del Sol, Italy, and the South of France. With a sharp eye for lifestyle-driven investments and deep expertise in the luxury sector, she helps clients from the Americas and the Middle East navigate Europe’s most desirable markets.
Born in Kazakhstan and educated in Europe, Assiya built her early career in fashion and luxury business development in Milan, working with top-tier brands to expand their international presence. She has successfully negotiated high-value commercial real estate deals for luxury companies in China, Russia, and beyond, developing a unique global perspective that she brings to every client relationship.
Her passion for architecture, design, and investment strategy led her naturally into real estate, where she now advises high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) on off-market opportunities and cross-border transactions. Assiya is known for her strategic thinking, cultural fluency, and intuitive negotiation skills: qualities that make her a trusted advisor to elite buyers and global investors.
She also serves on the Tony Robbins Team, reflecting her commitment to constant personal growth, peak performance, and service-driven leadership.
In addition to her real estate work, Assiya is a contemporary art gallerist and collector, and a mentor in entrepreneurship for Bocconi Alumni in Milan.

Why I Started Casastan:
The name Casastan is a blend of two worlds: “Casa”, meaning home in Italian and Spanish, and “-stan”, a heartfelt nod to my roots in Kazakhstan. It symbolizes the fusion of cultures, identities, and destinations — just like the journeys many of my clients embark on.
I created Casastan to be more than a real estate agency. It’s a personal mission to help people from across the globe — especially from the Americas and the Middle East — find not just a property, but a true sense of belonging in Europe’s most inspiring regions: Costa del Sol, Italy, and the South of France.
